THE PROPOSED SIGN LOCATION IS ON THE SCENIC LOOP RD. FRONTAGE AND IS WITHIN THE SCENIC INTERSTATE CORRIDOR OVERLAY DISTRICT. THE INSTALLATION OF EITHER PROPOSED SIGN OPTION REQUIRES A CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL FROM THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE AS STATED IN SECTION 3.16.G.C UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE. TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.
