Option C- similary to Option A. Public forum 61 attending. 55 residence. not a good turn out. 43 made comments on cards. based on staffs review, option a received most positive comments. Provided list of comments to cc. IV - learning anything based on input. Linda stated that comments will be used in design as project progresses. IV - timing when design more permanent. Ms. Zartler explained process 60 to 90 days. JA - certified LEED, cost / savings. Architect has build buildings LEED certified and certifiable. West exposure, options to protect from sun light. Randall Scott stated that LEED platinum stated that windows building more restrictive, insulation, mechinical more efficient from those built two years ago. RC - reason for high pitch room to store mechanical equipment. Low pitch, may cause mechanics to be relocated. NW - pubic input during process. LZ - design will be open process.
