2016-953 Consider Variance No. 16-05: A request from Jodi & Justin Harper regarding a variance to the City of Boerne Zoning Ordinance to allow for a 2-foot encroachment into the required 5-foot side yard setback for Lot 1, Serenity Oaks Estates (106 Kitt Kat Lane).

The City of Boerne Police/Municipal Court Complex and City Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible.
