1. 2019-117 Request for approval for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a 48” x 96” wall sign located at 455 S. Main Street, Suite 3 (Forever Fit Boerne). Take necessary action.

3. 2019-119 Request for approval for a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior color selection for a metal roof and downspout/collector box located at 282 N. Main Street (Boerne Visitor’s Center). Take necessary action.

4. 2019-120 Request for approval for a Certificate of Appropriateness for lighting located at 282 N. Main Street (Boerne Visitor’s Center). Take necessary action.
