6.A. 2023-754 CONSIDER RESOLUTION NO. 2023-R80; A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOERNE, TEXAS, ACCEPTING 1.18 ACRES OF LAND IN THE COMMONS OF MENGER CREEK UNIT 7, DONATED BY BOERNE COMMONS, LTD.; DEDICATING PROPERTY AS PARKLAND; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
