2019-382 Consider Variance No. 19-03: A request from Alvin Peters, on behalf of Montgomery Lang, requesting a variance to the City of Boerne Zoning Ordinance Article 3, Section 3.05.001, to allow for a second story side setback of 5-feet rather than the required beyond 35-foot setback for the eastern side of PT Lot 11 and PT Lot 12, Dietert Addition (115 Oak Park).
