IT'S A MULTI-TENANT, UM, COMMERCIAL MONUMENT SIGN THAT IS CURRENTLY LOCATED AT SIX 15 SOUTH MAINE.
AND OF COURSE, THIS IS WITHIN OUR HISTORIC DISTRICT.
UM, AND IT IS FOR A NEW BUSINESS TO BE LOCATED AT SIX 15 SOUTH MAIN.
AND SO A COUPLE OF DETAILS ON THE EXISTING STRUCTURE THAT IS LOCATED ON SITE.
UM, ORIGINALLY THIS, THIS BUILDING WAS BUILT IN 1923 AND, UM, FROM WHAT WE KNOW, IT WAS ORIGINALLY THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF BERNIE.
UM, IT WAS BUILT IN, UH, AMERICAN VERNACULAR STYLE ARCHITECTURAL STYLE.
AND IT FEATURES, YOU CAN SEE HERE, A COMBINATION OF WOOD PANELING AS WELL AS LIMESTONE ON THE FACADE.
AND WE HAVE, UM, A SERIES OF A GABLE STYLE ROOFS, UH, ONE OF WHICH IS OVER THE FRONT PORCH.
AND THE FRONT PORCH FEATURES, UM, UH, WOOD POSTS WITH DECORATIVE, UH, CORBEL BRACKETS ALONG, UM, ALONG THOSE POSTS.
AND, UM, OF COURSE THIS IS CONSIDERED A CONTRIBUTING STRUCTURE TO OUR HISTORIC DISTRICT.

SO, UM, ALREADY TYING IN, IN, IN TERMS OF THE DESIGN AND WHAT IS BEING PROPOSED TONIGHT FOR A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS IS A NEW, UM, TENANT, UH, BUSINESS SIGN.

AND BEFORE WE MOVE ON TO THE OTHER SIGN, CAN I JUST GET A CLARIFICATION ON THIS PART HERE? IS THE, ARE THE OTHER TWO SIGNS GONNA BE THE SAME KIND OF COLOR AND FONT STYLE? OR IF TENANT NUMBER TWO
