OUR KEY FINDINGS FROM THIS IS THAT THIS PROPERTY IS NOT A HISTORIC LANDMARK AND IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY ARCHITECTURAL CULTURAL OR EDUCATIONAL VALUE BASED ON THIS.
AND WITH ALIGNMENT OF UDC, SECTION TWO 11, B 10 DEMOLITION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURES, STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THE HISTORIC LANDMARK COMMISSION APPROVE A DE A DEMOLITION PERMIT REQUEST AT THREE 10 WEST ISON.
