THESE LAST TWO PICTURES SHOW, UH, THE REAR INSIDE PROPERTY LINES TAKEN FROM A CORNER OF THE LOT AND THEY'RE LINED UP SO THAT YOU CAN SEE DOWN THE SIDE OF THE PROPERTY AND FROM THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY TO SHOW MORE OF JUST, UH, HOW OVERGROWN THE PROPERTY IS.
AND THAT THERE IS A LOT OF, UM, VEGETATION THAT CAN, THAT HAS EXTENDED ACROSS THE PROPERTY LINE.

AND AFTER THE AGENDA WAS POSTED, WE DID RECEIVE ONE RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO THE DEMOLITION WHO NOTED PRIVACY AND NEIGHBORHOOD CHARACTER CONCERNS ABOUT THE POTENTIAL CONSTRUCTION AFTER THIS DEMOLITION, IF THIS DEMOLITION WERE APPROVED.
THE KEY FINDINGS THAT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT HAS FOUND IS THAT IT IS NOT A HISTORIC LANDMARK AND IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY ARCHITECTURAL, CULTURAL OR EDUCATIONAL VALUE BASED ON ITS ALIGNMENT WITH UDC.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THE HISTORIC LANDMARK COMMISSION APPROVE A DEMOLITION PERMIT REQUEST AT ONE 10 ANA STREET WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATION.
ONE THAT ALL CHAIN LINK, SHEET METAL AND ET CETERA TYPE FENCING TYPE SHOULD BE REMOVED AS PART OF THE DEMOLITION.
AND WITH THIS, I YIELD MY TIME BACK TO THE COMMISSION.
UM, AS HE SAID THAT I DID, UM, DO THE SITE VISIT WITH HIM AND, UM, COMMISSIONER LEANNE AND SOME OF THE OTHER STAFF, UM, THERE'S, WE COULDN'T REALLY WALK AROUND THE PROPERTY, AS YOU CAN TELL, IT WAS VERY HARD.
BUT THE PARTS THAT WE DID SEE, UM, THERE IS SIDING IS DEFINITELY ASBESTOS SIDING.
THERE'S NO QUESTION WITH THAT.
IT'S ON A APPEAR AND BEAM FOUNDATION AND THERE'S CRACKS ALL ON IT.
SO THERE'S NO STRUCTURE FINDINGS THAT I SAW WINDOWS SINGLE PANE.
UM, I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING THAT WAS THERE TO PRESERVE THAT WAS NEEDED TO BE RESERVED.
