THEY'RE STARTING TO, UM, GET MORE DEVICES AVAILABLE FOR DATA COLLECTION, UM, AS WELL AS GETTING MORE DATA FROM A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT APPS.

SO IT'S, IT COMPARING YEAR OVER YEAR IS KIND OF TRICKY FOR OUR TRIPS.

UM, SO THAT'S WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THAT.

SO I PICKED SIX PEOPLE THAT I REALLY, UH, ADMIRE AND DO A LOT OF WORK SO WE CAN REALLY DRILL INTO GETTING AHEAD OF SOME THINGS BEFORE THEY HAPPEN.

WHAT DO YOU THINK'S GONNA HAPPEN? IT, I TELL YOU, BEING INVOLVED WITH THAT WITH CO DURING COVID WAS FABULOUS.

IT, IT REALLY, REALLY HELPED ME TO TALK TO PEOPLE AROUND THE COUNTRY.

WE MIGHT BE ROLLING OUT A PROGRAM THAT WILL BENEFIT US GREATLY AND UH, WE'RE GONNA BE ONE OF THE VERY FIRST SMALL D OS TO DO THIS.

SO WE'RE JUST GOING THROUGH THE LEGAL PART RIGHT NOW TO MAKE SURE THAT WE CAN DO IT.

SO THAT'S WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON.

I MEAN, THE BUSINESS IS DOWN A LITTLE BIT.

EVERYBODY SEES IT.

AND, UH, TALKING TO, UH, AN ECONOMIC PERSON THAT I KNOW OUTTA KANSAS CITY WAS TALKING TO HIM, UH, TODAY, AND HE SAID HE SEES THINGS TURNING AROUND INTO JANUARY, FEBRUARY IF WE GO BACK TO WORK AS A COUNTRY AND INTEREST RATES GO DOWN AND EVERYBODY JUST SETTLES DOWN.

BUT, UH, PEOPLE ARE JUST HANGING ON THEIR MONEY RIGHT NOW.

BUT, UH, WE'RE WORKING HARD AND TRYING TO FIND NEW AND CREATIVE WAYS TO DO THINGS.

SO THAT I THINK, IS IT ANY QUESTIONS OF ME? VERY GOOD.

A YOUNG LADY THAT HAD NEVER BEEN IN SALES AND NEVER BEEN IN A HOTEL BUSINESS AND I'VE BEEN DOING BOTH.

SO I TOOK HER ON, THEN I TOOK ON A SALES PERSON THAT, UH, WAS AT THE KINDLE.

REALLY SHARP LADY, WAS DOING A, A REALLY, REALLY GREAT JOB.

HAD NEVER HAD BEEN IN SALES A LITTLE BIT, BUT NOT IN THE HOTEL SIDE.

AND IT WAS FUN AND EXCITING AND UH, HOPEFULLY WE'LL GET TO DO THAT AGAIN COMING UP.

HUH? AND THEN SHE LEFT , THEN SHE LEFT, SHE GOT A, SHE GOT A JOB IN SALES THAT LEFT .

IT HAPPENS.

BUT ANYWAY, THAT'S IT.
